Booking & Deposit

To reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures your event on our calendar and allows us to begin planning and sourcing ingredients.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and respects the time, energy, and resources dedicated to each event:

More than 30 days before event:

Up to 50% refund of your deposit.

Less than 30 days before event:

Deposit is non-refundable. Any custom items, special orders, or third-party vendor costs are non-refundable once booked.

Media Release

We love capturing the beauty of our work — and your event! We may photograph or video food displays for use on our website, social media, or marketing materials. Prefer not to be photographed? Just let us know in writing at the time of booking and we’ll respect your privacy.

Liability Disclaimer

- You are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

- Once food is delivered or served, you assume responsibility for proper handling, storage, and serving. - We are not liable for issues arising from undisclosed allergies or mishandling after delivery.
